Raion is a rebel from the city Al phae in a post apocaliptic era. He is a scoundrel with many others that walk the streeets just to cause havoc among civilians. He is an escapee from the island Hu'ra where many of his cell mates still lie. He uses his stick of madness as a way to lure off simple foes, however behind his stick lies an extremely well focused fighter. He acquires anything he finds from fallen foes, just to survive the next battle.
